Public Speaker for Entrepreneurs

Jess
Diamond

Speaker and Coach for College Students and Managers in the Workplace

Helping bridge the gap between generations, because no one is special (and that’s a good thing).

As Seen on The TEDx Sugar Creek Women Stage:

Meet Jess!

At 23, Jess Diamond lost her job on a Zoom call. At 25, she left another one on purpose.

Everything in between taught her what it takes to live in this post-pandemic world.

Now, with a unique blend of certifications, personal experience, and 5 years of entrepreneurship, Jess speaks to both sides of the same coin, working to bridge the gap between generations by reminding everyone that they’re NOT special and that’s a good thing.

She helps college students master their inner confidence and fully Own Their Life. And she helps the managers and teams working alongside them understand what this generation is actually walking in with, and how to lead it well. As a Zillennial herself, she knows the frustrations on both sides of the conversation.

Jess is a Certified Life and Nutrition Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Podcast Host, TEDx Speaker, and was named one of Charlotte’s Top 30 Under 30 in 2025.

What Makes Jess Different

Most motivational speakers teach confidence as something you have.

Jess teaches confidence as something you build.

As The Adulting Coach and TEDx Speaker, Jess speaks from inside the generation everyone else is trying to figure out. She was furloughed at 23, took the leap into entrepreneurship at 25, and has spent years coaching twenty-somethings through the same messy middle she lived. So she doesn’t just understand what they’re dealing with. She can explain it to the managers, parents, and leaders around them in a way that actually lands.

No blame. No eye rolls. No “kids these days.”

Younger audiences hear her because she’s one of them. Older audiences hear her because she translates.

And everyone leaves with tools they can use on Monday, like asking “worst case, and then what?” until fear stops running the show.

Because inspiration is great. But transformation happens when people leave knowing exactly what to do next.
